Installing Adobe Flash Player on your internet browserBrowser Requirements• Internet Explorer (IE) 10 and greater, including IE 11• Firefox 4 and greater• Safari 8 and greater• Opera 27 and greater• Google Chrome• Microsoft Edge
STEP #1: Verify if Flash is currently InstalledUse the following link to determine if you’re on the
latest version of flash:https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html(If above link does not open, copy and paste it into your browser)
After going to the above link, look at the section titled “Install Flash player in five easy steps” and under step 1 click the button titled “Check Now”:
STEP #1 (continued):You will see a green checkmark if you are currently on the newest version:
If you are not on the current version you will see a red exclamation mark:
Continue on to step #2 if you are not on the right version
*Special Note for Firefox*Clicking the “Check Now” button may produce a black box instead of the checkmark and exclamation mark:
If this happens, click the grey block shaped icon and click the “Allow Now” button. You will now see your Flash version info.
STEP #2: Download the latest version of Flash
To install Flash, go to step #2 of the Adobe Flash link and click the blue link titled “Adobe Flash Player download”:
STEP #3: Installing FlashAfter downloading the flash file, click the “Install now” button that
appears on the next screen:
STEP #3 (continued):Click the “Save File” button on the pop-up menu that appears
(remember where you save this file):
STEP #3 (continued):Open the file you just saved and Flash will begin to install.
After the installation has finished, click the “Finish” button and then restart the browser:

Under step #4 on the Adobe Flash link, you can see a list of clicks for help on enabling Flash for your specific browser:
