Suggestion: Add an objective that project work will re-evaluate hydraulics at Burke Rd. Bridge based on revised hydrology and revisit timing of bridge construction.

necessary easements before project initiation.

- Easement will include top of existing bank to middle blue line as shown on 11/19/03 ACWG drawing (Attachment __), with additional easement area to be used only for mitigation planting, as necessary.

- The City of Los Altos, Town of Los Altos Hills, or the ACWG may request services of an outside consultant to review the plans during the development phase.

Add language in Scope of Work section stating that reports and design plans produced by District will be made available to general public.
