The reporting weeks for each year must be set up y pin order for EMPOWER to create statistics for the funnel reports. This is accomplished byis accomplished by entering the next year and tabbing. The start date will populate based on the last date in the previous year. Click the [Create] button to create the reporting weeksthe reporting weeks.

This report allows the tracking of students through the admissions process. For example, suppose your school has four types of admissions status codes: Inquiries, Applicants, Admits and Depositors The funnel report can be used to track how many students in the

Admits, and Depositors.  The funnel report can be used to track how many students in the Inquiries category become Depositors and how many get lost in each step along the way.

The funnel report part 1 is a side by side comparison of admission statistics between two years, as well as a breakdown for an individual week within the year and a summary total for all terms within a given year. The report also allows the selection of students based on

entry type. This screen also allows the manual updating of the statistics of the Report Week rather than waiting for the end of the reporting week by clicking on the Generate Stats button.

Admissions Tracking Funnel ReportsFunnel Report 2 (AT/S73)

This funnel report groups together all admission statuses sharing the same Group2> (Admissions Status Reporting Code) in the Admission Status Codes table. For example, instead of Deposit, Admits, Applications, and Inquiries you could group these statuses together to define people as being either Accepted or Rejected. Another example would be use the same tracking scheme

This report differs from the others in that it gives an academic profile of the entering class of the year selected. The average high school GPA, average transfer college GPA , average ACT, SAT, PSAT, and TOEFL scores are listed. Entry Types and/or Groups can

be selected on the screen to give a snapshot of a particular part of the admissions process, i.e. the average GPA of only people in the smaller Applicant group and not the larger Inquiry group can be seen.

Admissions Tracking Funnel ReportsTerritory Analysis Report (AT/S79)

The Territory Analysis Report breaks down Funnel Report 1 by the Territory codes designated on the Territory Codes screen (PM/25). Within each territory is a breakdown in gender by number and percentage. In addition to comparing one term against another it also compares the week's admissions against an Annual Goal designated on the Annual Goals Maintenance screen (AT/79) The
