In order to help you fill the French version of the online Admission Application Form, you will find in this document a “step and help “ procedure.

• Make sure to follow each step. • Be prepared to use a credit card to pay the registration fees at the end of the

process.• You can save and close the Admission Application Form, during all the process, by

clicking «Sauvegarder et quitter» and come back later.

Application processTo begin the application process : http://admission.umontreal.ca/admission/Click on « Demande d’admission » in the middle of the page under the heading« Admission aux cycles supérieurs »

To complete the application form, click on « Remplir la demande d’admission en ligne ».Note: You will be prompted to pay the registration fees by credit card. Please have the necessary information available.

Create your « UdeM Account »Obtain your UdeM user ID « code utilisateur » by clicking on « Créer compte ».

Note: If you already have a UdeM ID, you may enter your user ID and password in the appropriate section

To create an account

Create your user name in « code utilisateur ».Create your password in « mot de passe sélectionné »Confirm your password in « mot de passe confirmé »Indicate a valid e-mail address in « adresse courriel »Click « OK »

To start your application online click on « Faire une demande ».
