Administrative Support Services Offered by Barefoot Marketing

We offer the following services to our clients.

If there is something you need, but don’t see it on this list, please ask! Develop and manage lists using MS Excel.

Facilitate mailings including dues renewals. We process mailings up to 200 pieces in-house; mailings over 200 pieces will be sent to a mailing house and billed separately.

Prepare and send bulk email using a variety of products including Outlook, Constant Contact, and Mail Chimp.

Track memberships and dues payments.

Track donations, respond with Thank You letter.

Event support including: vendor/exhibitor communications, accept and record registrations, provide nametags, assist on-site, communicate with venue, design invitation & program, etc.

Simple bookkeeping, invoicing and financial reporting to client. (Note: we are not trained bookkeepers.)

Develop and maintain organization's website, which may or may not include membership database.

Membership management & record keeping using the Wild Apricot product.

Maintain social media presence primarily via Facebook and Twitter.

Write/edit and distribute press releases, including maintenance of media database.

Newsletter editing and layout.

Record and transcribe minutes of Board or committee meetings.

Maintain and reproduce Board manuals.

Prepare and mail New Member Packets.

Provide mailing address and/or phone number for organization.

Maintain client archives.

Check client email address and respond to email correspondence.

Maintain master calendar for internal and/or external meetings, programs, events and deadlines.

Support Board members and committees with various needs including, but not limited to: e-mail communication, mailings, development of forms, etc.

Provide marketing consultation as needed.

Graphic design of identity and collateral materials.

Provide resources/vendors as needed with no price mark-up. This includes printer, photographer, mailing house, etc.

Track project deadlines and communicate with participants to keep them on task.

Work with Board members or a committee to develop policies and procedures manuals. Maintain and update the manual as needed.
