LICENSE APPROVAL PROVISIONS

Statement by the Director of Business License

All licenses, permits or findings of suitability are conditioned upon compliance with allprovisions of Zoning, Building, Fire or other Codes, State Gaming Statutes and regulations asapplicable, Health Department regulations and the payment of Business License fees andinvestigation fees, as required by Ordinance or Regulation, unless specifically waived in code.

Licenses approved by the Director may not Inactivated until a final inspection and sign-offjajrereceived from an Agent of the Department of Business License.

Any Liquor License not placed into operation within sixty (60) days of Director approval isautomatically revoked.
