The changes were effective October 1 for both new and renewal business. Following are highlights of the key changes being made: Key Personal Auto changes: Moved Wood County from Territory 40 to Territory 39 Modified form WM 03 17 (Auto Policy Amendatory Endorsement) to add language excluding the use of transportation network platforms Modified form WM 03 13 (Uninsured Motorists Property Damage Endorsement) to add language excluding the use of transportation network platforms Added ISO’s symbol relativities for OTC and Collision coverages for model years 2018 and 2019. Removed the multi-car eligibility guideline that prohibited children over 25 residing in the named insureds household from getting the multi-car discount Removed the multi-policy eligibility guideline that prohibited children over 25 residing in the named insureds household from getting the multi- policy discount Revised base rates for all territories – in general other-than-collision, property damage liability, rental reimbursement will see increases, while Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists will see a decrease. The addition of the language excluding transportation networks is designed to reinforce that our policy does not provide coverage for livery type exposures, such as Uber or Lyft. A disclosure notice will be sent with all renewals for one year to notify policyholders of this change. The rate adjustments are designed to address coverages that have been underperforming as well as areas of that state that have been performing well. These changes are expected to result in a very modest premium increase overall. The Loyalty Discount description is being revised to clarify that to be eligible for the discount the policy must be continuously in force for at least one year. We also removed the multi-car and multi-policy eligibility guidelines that prohibited children over 25 residing in the named insureds household from qualifying for these discounts. Finally, the Underwriting Guideline section was revised to clarify that a married couple can be written if at least one individual is 21 or older without supporting business. Adjustments made to Personal Auto program

We have implemented several changes to our Personal Auto program that are designed to improve our competitive position and profitability throughout Ohio. The changes were effective October 1 for both new and renewal business. Following are highlights of the key changes being made:

Key Personal Auto changes:

Moved Wood County from Territory 40 to Territory 39

Modified form WM 03 17 (Auto Policy Amendatory Endorsement) to add language excluding the use of transportation network platforms

Modified form WM 03 13 (Uninsured Motorists Property Damage Endorsement) to add language excluding the use of transportation network platforms

Added ISO’s symbol relativities for OTC and Collision coverages for model years 2018 and 2019.

Removed the multi-car eligibility guideline that prohibited children over 25 residing in the named insureds household from getting the multi-car discount

Removed the multi-policy eligibility guideline that prohibited children over 25 residing in the named insureds household from getting the multi-policy discount

Revised base rates for all territories – in general other-than-collision, property damage liability, rental reimbursement will see increases, while Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists will see a decrease.

Move to MSB Comm’l Express completed in Sept.

MSB/CoreLogic has upgraded us from the BVS Farm/Commercial replacement cost estimating program to their new Commercial Express estimating program.

The “Our Systems” page on our AgentNET site now displays a link that says “MSB (Commercial Express).” Your username and password did not change. Access to the MSB Commercial Express Program still requires your old Wayne Mutual AgentNET site login credentials, just as the BVS Program did.
