The adi GroupThe adi Group is a large, multi-disciplined,
privately owned engineering company oering a single source,
integrated service to provide Totally Engineered Solutions.
Founded in 1990, the group specialises in supporting the
manufacturing sector in the UK & Ireland, through each of the
16 limited companies and over 20 service divisions. Currently
employing in excess of 450 people with a 2014 turnover of
65million, the groups growth has beenachieved by the acquisition of
talented individuals combined with a unique understanding of our
customers businesses and challenges.
Each business division of the group is headed by a qualied and
recognised industry leader within their market sector. We recruit
talented leaders that have both the accountability for their
business, technical expertise as well as passionfor
engineering.
By utilising the in house service solutions of the adi Group,to
deliver small to large scale projects, allows a client to choose
the exact services that meet their individual needs. Customers can
feel condent that the adi Group can coordinate the respective
internal divisions, to provide a single point of contact, who will
deliver on time, in budgetand above the standards expected
solutions, from a single source engineering company.
The adi Group structure allows the ability to self-deliver the
majority of its complex projects without the need for additional
resource from external contractors.
Customer retention is paramount to the adi Group business and
continued success. This stems from the personal approach adopted,
with each customer being allocateda dedicated account manager.

The adi core growth strategy is continual investment in key
personnel, infrastructure and customer development, delivering
additional engineering services to meet clients needs.
