Here for the research purpose sequential approach has been used.

In the field work my work is simply related to the ahmedabad ongcoffice,there I have a job to survey about the employee’s approachAbout welfare facilities ,& what are the changes needed in the welfareFacilities.

Comment•Enjoyed work but some facilities like seating arrangement & canteen facility should be enhanced.

•Tired of wasting time at medical counter, for the regular employee there should be a separate counter.• Satisfied with the no. of latrines & urinals but design of latrines & urinals are not good & not well maintained.• Some peoples have said that drinking water facility I snot provided at convenient place & it is not well menatined.• Some people have said that they have not seen first aid facility in the organization till today.• According to some, in the canteen foods has been served of very low quality & qualities of the foods should be improved.•House keeping facilities should be improved.• Office facilities needs considerable improvement to make it like Navratna status.

SuggestionsFrom these data analysis I have reached upto the conclusion that there are lots of improvementsis needed in the organization .Few of the suggestions for the improvement are as under: •Water facility should not be placed near bathroom & it’s place should be well-cleaned & also maintain properly.

•Foods quality should be improved.

•Options in the meal like veg & non-veg should also be provided. There should be a variety of snacks available in the canteen.

•In the canteen water facility is too poor.

•House-keeping facility should be improved.•Office interior should be improve modern facility
