FEE ALTERATIONSAssessment Pathway Only (APO) is issued by the Campus Academic Coordinator to enable students to retake the assessment pathway of a particular higher education unit of study. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be issued to students that enrol in a VET course with prior studies or experience. RPL can be achieved in a unit of study, several units or an entire qualification.
FEE ALTERATION AMOUNT
Assessment Pathway Only (APO) (HE only) 50% of the total HE unit fee
RPL Level 1 (VET only) 80% of the total VET unit fee
RPL Level 2 (VET only) 60% of the total VET unit fee

Study Resources
In addition to the resources that SAE Institute and Qantm College provides, individual students may require one or more of the following: CD-R, DVD, audio tapes, DV tapes, writing materials, submission folders; Additional text books, magazine subscriptions, on-line memberships or access to other information resources; Additional electronic devices (headphones, calculators, etc) and secondary storage media (CD-R, DVD-R, external hard drive, etc) for backup and storage of computer files including audio and video data

FEE-HELPand
VET FEE-HELP(Domestic Only)
FEE-HELP and VET FEE-HELP are currently available for Higher Education courses and selected VET courses.
Please ask your desired campus for eligibility.
If the applicant is an Australian citizen or a holder of a Humanitarian visa they may elect to pay tuition fees via FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP. To do so, simply contact Student Administration and ask to receive the Request for FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP Assistance Form in the mail. Complete, date, sign and submit the original Request for FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP Assistance Form to Student Administration before the advertised census date.

When submitting the Request for FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP Assistance Form please include your Tax File Number and attach a certified copy of one of the following forms of identification:

OUTLINE OF PAYMENT OPTIONS
FEE-HELPand
VET FEE-HELP(Domestic Only)
Students that meet the requirements outlined in the FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP information booklet, may choose to defer their tuition fees through the Commonwealth Government FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP loan scheme. Fees are processed on the census date of each trimester, based on the HE unit or VET unit price. Students can apply for FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP assistance with their campus. For further details see FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP Information Booklet or visit www.goingtouni.gov.au
Trimester Instalments (Domestic)
Unless through the FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP scheme, tuition fees are paid in instalments at the beginning of each trimester, with the first payment due on the course commencement day.
Trimester Instalments (International)
The first trimester of the tuition fees must be paid on initial registration. All further tuition fees are paid in instalments at the beginning of each subsequent trimester.
Annual Fees in Advance(International Only)
The first trimester of the tuition fees must be paid on initial registration. The remainder of the total course fees are paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the first trimester. Students paying for the total course fees in advance will receive a 10% discount on the tuition fees.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)(International Only)
Free Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) will be provided to International students enrolling in 2012 for the full duration of their initial visa.
