BRC Following an introduction and history of the standard, attendees participate in a deep dive of each section of the BRC Standard. An overview of the BRC audit process is reviewed ensuring competence in audit protocol. HACCP/PCQI Our courses are recognized by the International HACCP Alliance and the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA). Internal Food Safety Auditor Training Internal audits are a requirement of all food safety certification schemes including, SQF, BRC and FSSC 22000. Become a qualified auditor and lead your team in properly conducting essential and dynamic self-assessments. *Pre-Assessments This is a great tool to verify the site’s readiness for the audit. A pre-assessment can be thought of as a “practice audit.” One of our BRC Auditors will come on-site and conduct an assessment to the actual BRC audit criteria. Non- conformances are identified, and the site uses this information to identify corrective actions prior to the actual audit. *Gap Analysis Similar to a pre-assessment, however a gap analysis includes consulting. Our BRC Consultants conduct an assessment to the standard, identify non-conformances, and identify practical solutions with implementation recommendations. A detailed report is received summarizing the findings, the guidance provided, and an action plan for implementation.
