WCH produces a wide range of equipments for the production of Precast Concrete:

Batching Plants, with doser wall and Mixer with capacity to discharge 750 to
4500 liters of mixed concrete every 3 minutes .
Production Beds: We indicate metal or metal lined beds for a better finish on the inferior part.The length of the beds are between 100 and 200 meters, with a slope for water drainage, in numbers that permits the desired production with the sales demand, due to curing time for the cut (30 to 48 hours for natural curing and 8 to 10 hours for thermal curing). After cutting, the products are transferred to the stock or to the job site, where the final cure will be done.
Anchor Banks: calculated and executed for each client's needs.
Uncoiling Station and Container for packaging and organization of the prestressing steel rolls.
Distribution of Prestressing Steel:Draw Trolley, to distribute the prestressed steel on the production bed.
Cleaning, Olier, Wire Distribution Machine, to distribute wires, brush and oil the beds.
Prestressing: performed by Prestressing Equipment, monofilament system, with pre-tension and adhesion directly on the concrete, being a simple and safe operation.De-stressing: transfers prestressing loads from the Anchorage bank to the product through a Pump and Hydraulic Cylinders of simple action.
Cutting Machine:
Semi-Manual, Semi-Automatic, Automatic, Standard and Angular models.After initial cure and de-stressing the profiles are cut into the desired measures.
Transport: Gantry Crane or Single-Girder Overhead Crane of various sizes and
capacities.Transport Car used to transport two buckets, releasing the Single-

Surface Finishing Machine:Used to seal to SLIPFORM-produced hollow-core and solid slabs with a decorative finish. With several devices that allow special finish designs.

With total or partial substitution of the Slipformer Unit, several products are produced, including: Panels/Hollow-Core Slabs, Floor Slabs, T-Beams, Double-T (I), Piles and other products that can be made on flat beds.
The machine is composed of:Feed unit (silo): universal component that is placed over the Additional Caster and combines the electric and hydraulic command functions for concrete feeding. The connection between the Feed unit (Silo) and the Additional Caster uses electrical plugs and sockets, hydraulic push-pull couplings (quick connect) and a mechanical through fast link pins system.The Additional Caster defines the product and combines molding, vibrating and traction functions. The molder vibrates the product in the bed over the prestressing strands, leaving it ready for curing with minimum labor required and high productivity.

Prestressed slabs: Made of joists with transversal sections approximating inverted Ts of high-resistance concrete and a pre-tractioned rebar completely cased in concrete. The concrete finish is rough and improves adherence for the topper concrete.

Prestressed slabs are easy to assemble, requiring a minimum of rebar (distribution mesh) and do not require locking ribs or additional reinforcement.They are produced on 100 to 200 m polished concrete beds, with industrial flooring and foundation blocks for anchoring heads that are supported by the industrial floor to support the compression of the stressing. We supply technical plans for foundations and structural work for clients to carry out.
Materials consumption in erection: Based on a ceiling slab for a 5.5 m span and 100 kgf /m² load wi th dua l supports.
