5B FEES PAYABLE FOR TRANSACTIONS WITH FINANCIAL ADVICE

Fund-based fee• The fund-based fee selected will be applied to the plan as a whole and is levied by the ongoing deduction of units from the plan.

• Any existing commission payments from your plan to your financial adviser will stop.

• If you are on Adviser Charging and you select 0% or do not enter a %, no fees will be paid to your financial adviser and any existing fees will be removed from your plan.

• Once your plan converts to Adviser Charging, this cannot be reversed.
