Advanced analysis is impossible
without accumulated database!
It is so important to start data accumulation RIGHT NOW with right
way! Because it takes so log time to establish sufficient road databasefor road asset management, ex. Deterioration forecasting.

Improved life length
Extended life expectancy
The life expectancy of an pavement improves by solving the problem of an unusual part whichdeterioration speed is fast
As a result, the life cycle cost reduction and improve of service level is achieved

Heavy Loaded Pavement Evaluation and Assessment
Container transport has increased vehicle size and axle load
It causes critical damage to road pavements The deterioration performance can be evaluated and the optimal repair
design and pavement structure can be proposed

Vietnamese BMS - Bridgeman
5/19/2018 ADBTF14_RAM_PASCO Corporation (Demo)
31/34
Problems with BMS ?
Developed in MS Access compatible problems.
No coding data cumbersome, large data files hard for database programming and management.
8 bit for data fields contain character (no Unicode)
require Vietnamese fonts to display the data
cannot display correctly in any browser.
Input new data to the database only through the
Bridgeman program.
No network interface Lack inspection data
