Main Project Features

- Set up a set of gender-based urban indicators and an urban observatory system in selected cities/towns in Vietnam to help monitor progress in poverty reduction, gender equality and sustainable urban development;

- Establish urban observatory system for selected cities/towns (96 cities);

- Increase the capacity of the national urban development agency, the Association of Cities in Vietnam (ACVN) and local government units for setting up and maintain urban observatories.
