We would successfully develop a plan to deliver a price that was feasible for our customer while enhancing the company’s gross margin. In this role we worked with our sales team as well as engineers and draftsman to maintain efficiency. At times conduct negotiations with our customers if they had outstanding claims where they owed the company. NCI Building Systems / Mid-West Steel Buildings – Houston, TX Field Service Rep / March 2014 – October 2015 o Here we took calls from the field from erectors and customers about issues with the project during construction. We would converse with our team to determine the cause of the problem. Whether that would be caused by engineering, drafting, sales or manufacturing. From there we determined if we needed to write an order for more material and expedite it or inform the customer or erector that the material would have to be purchased.
