Nevotek Adagio Unified Messaging integrates voicemail and email functions, allowing users to access all their communications services through a single system. Voicemail messages are automatically sent to a user’s email, which can be accessed via multi-media capabilities of a user’s PC, or through an easy-to-use Web-based interface. Users can also use the traditional method of telephone keypad dial-in to access voicemail messages.
If required, while time-saving voice mail features include playback controls, forwarding, saving, sending, prioritization, delivery confirmation and scheduling for future delivery. A wide range of group features is also available.

Users get access to personal productivity features such as call forwarding, customizable mailboxes, and personalized settings. Adagio’s innovative Web interface makes it efficient to access messages and administer mailboxes in the most convenient way for each user—from a standard Web browser to a phone or mobile device. In addition, flexible Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Auto Attendant (AA) capabilities offer professional greeting services.
Easy-to-Administer Multi-tenant Support Nevotek Adagio offers communications services for both single-tenant and multi-tenant corporate or residential environments. Building operators can customize features to specific tenant or user needs, and accurately track service usage. Adagio’s flexible architecture can be deployed as a standalone version, or multi-tenant version and supports large IP-PBX clusters.
Adagio distributes the same quality of service across each tenant by allowing the administrator to logically assign tenant mailbox space. Multi-tenant partitions are all mapped into the same voicemail system, requiring only a single partitioned voice-mail server.
