Search Engine with Ad-Manager is an

application mainly intended for viewing new trends

through Advertisements.

Its actually an online classifieds site. It helpsclients/people to post advertisement in the web and

generate business.

This project consists web based application where it

works as an effective search engine as well as informationgathering system . Search engine are those system that

holds the search history along with search process and

can be used for future purposes

The proposed system is more advanced and efficient.

The service is more centralized. The customer side

and administrator side are both developed by the

administrator and manage both. The goal is develop a web based classifieds

system(yellow pages) The project is a general-purpose

application that is dedicated to those corporate agencies

focused to News agency and publishing Media. Thecustomers can request for a space in the software , to

publish his advertisements.

In this system, the system administrator has the

rights to register a new customer and modify or

delete an existing customers.

It offers better security.

Ad-Manager is an application mainly intended for

Hence the administrator has more control over thesystem.

Administrator:. Administrator manages tariffs,category, subcategory, ad specification, clients,

advertisement, report etc. Administrator has the power to

delete expired ads and clients from the system.

Client : Client enters into system through theregistration process. They can post advertisement, edit

advertisement, product Details,edit profile, view

advertisement, view tariff, update/Delete Ad or product

User/Consumers: User is a key entity of the systemwho, gives queries and searches ads. User can contact the

client with the contact number ,email id ,website shown in

the advertisement. it helps to generate business to the

client. User can view tariff plans and send suggestions tothe administrator.

Existing System

The existing system does not allow the companies to

centralize the document Management.

The greater limitation to existing system is that the service to

the customer is limited.Since the system is maintained manually, it is a very tedious

job to generate reports by checking all the needed data

The major drawbacks of existing system are:

No encryption and decryption

1.Administrator module

The Administrator module provides an interface to storeinformation's of client ,user and applications.

The basic details along with the rights and permissions

provides the scope of this module .

This modules provides service like client registration

alter/drop, user registration alter/drop and application

registration alter/ drop, client activation.

It also include encryption and decryption using RC4

algorithm, payment. payment is done by using a web

service for credit card validation. Department management

This module is concerned with sending messages to client

about registration and their account status, expiry details etc. Itinclude the e mail messages

And help to informs clients to know about their status.

Reports

Collection report :Total amount collected in a month.

Expiry report :Report constitutes of all the clients who arerecently expired.

Pending ad report :Report of the ads that are pending

Running Ad Report : Report of the ads that are running

History report :Searching Report of based on company

2.Client Module

This module provides details of clients.

Client can upload/delete the images and videos in the space

which is allocated by the administrator. Client can renew their

account by paying an extra amount.client can select pictureTariff or Client Tariff.

The features include in it was:

Uploading.

New Registration.

Change Password.

3.Search Module

Consumers Visit the site and search and get information

about the services or goods they needed

Search module that include mainly four type of searching on

the basis of department name, company name ,product name and

brand name on the basis of city. In Automatic search result extraction automatically analyze

each result page returned from a search engine for a query, extract

useful information, such as the number of retrieved documents

for the queries.

During each search process, the topic of search is saved for

further use. . This help the administrator to create history report.

And this report is send to clients
