INTRODUCTION:-

A feature that shows extra business information with your ad,like an address,phone number,store ratiings or more webpage links.

WHAT ARE AD EXTENSIONS ?

Ad Extension are a feature that extend the information contained in google Adwords Ads.

Instead of just seeing Ad copy,the user is presented with additional,relevant information that assists to call to action.

Ad extensions work with your existing text Ad’s

so there’s no need to change your keywords,bids or Ad text.

SITE LINK EXTENSION:-

Ad sitelinks allow you to extend the value of your existing Adwords Ads by providing additional links to specific relevant content deeper within your sitemap.

Adding them can instantly boost C.T.R and almost every account could benefit from the addition of sitelinks.

It can act’s as “Ads with in an Ad”.

LOCATION EXTENSION:-

It combine location specific information such as address,city and state with the Ad words text Ad.

Location extension is displayed when a searcher uses a location specific search term with in the target locations.

Google can either pull addresses from a google places account or they can enetred manually.

CALL EXTENSION:-

It allow you to include a phone number in your standard text Ad.

It make it easy for customers to call you directly from your Ad and for you to better understand the value of your campaigns by measuring the phone calls that your Ads generate.

Another new feature in phone extensions includes call metrics.

REVIEW EXTENSION:-

A Review extension must be an accurate,current,credible,non-duplicative third party review of the advertiser’s business like the rest of your Ad text.

Reviews must reflect the overall content of the source page.

Reviews should not be more than 12 months old.

Reviews of particular locations ,stores or franchises.

APP EXTENSION:-

It allow you to link to your mobile or tablet app from your text Ads.

This allow you to direct users to download your app instead of visiting your website which is particulary useful for companies that don’t have well optimised mobile sites preferring to create an App instead.

CALLOUT EXTENSION :-

Callout extension allow you to include additional descriptive text in your standard text Ad.

The rules apply to text Ads generally apply to callout extensions too.

The text for each callout must be 25 characters or fewer.

Google doesn’t allow the gimmicky use of symbols in the text of callouts.

OTHER EXTENSIONS:-

Product extension:-• Product extension use a similar

format but allow advertisers to display relevant product images along side Adwords text Ad.

• We require a Google merchant centre account to make the connections.

Seller ratings and previous visit annotations:-

• These extensions are completely out of advertisers hands they show up when Google thinks they should
