Let your children all talk at the same time, then see if they remember much of what was said. Next, show them how the crowd had to be set- tled in order to hear Paul. This is not only a good lesson to learn for man- ners’ sake, but also it is a way to teach them to be considering when someone is preaching or teaching the Bible. Our silence may allow some- one to hear the Truth who has never heard or understood it before, while our noise may dis- tract someone from hearing.
