Booking a Court To book a court call 604-297-4597 press 9 ext. 3228In Advance With your Active Pass or court reservation card ($18.80 per year), you can reserve a court up to seven days in advance. Courts cannot be booked in advance without one of these passes/cards. Court reservation cards are valid at both Bonsor and Cameron.

Drop-in Show your court reservation card and just pay the court fee. Without a court reservation card or Active Pass, you will pay a $2.35 booking fee plus the court fee.

Cancellations & Penalties You can cancel a court reservation without penalty if you give at least 24 hours notice. If you make a late court cancellation and the court was not re-booked, you will be charged for the court. You can pay with cash or with one punch of your 10 visit pass. You will not be able to scan your unlimited pass to pay the penalty.

Practice Courts Call to arrange single player practice court times. (Same day bookings only) Regular court fees will be charged for all multiple player court use.

DO YOU HAVE A CHILD IN GRADE 5 THIS SCHOOL YEAR? Burnaby’s Grade 5 Active Program provides Grade 5 students with a free Active Pass which gives them access to public swims, public skates, some gymnasium drop in activities and golf driving ranges. For more information and to get a current schedule of activities, ask your local school, recreation centre or visit burnaby.ca/grade5beactive.

PARTICIPANTS WITH ALLERGIES If your child has a life-threatening allergy, they may be able to participate independently. Please register at least two weeks before the program start date and immediately contact the program supervisor to discuss the participation options, required forms (including one from a doctor) and a safety plan for your child.

BE SCENT AWARE In consideration of people with allergies or sensitivities, please avoid using scented hair and body products.

RECREATION FOR ALL We are committed to providing opportunities for people of various abilities to get involved in the recreation activities of their choice. We aim to:

Advocate on behalf of people with disabilities

Help find recreation opportunities best suited to each individual

Educate the public and staff about disability issues

PARKING AT BONSOR Park at Bonsor only during the time you are actually visiting the complex. If you plan to go to the mall or surrounding businesses before or after your visit with us, please take your vehicle with you. The city parking bylaw restricts use of our parking lot to Bonsor Complex customers only. Vehicles in violation of the bylaw may be ticketed or towed. Car pool or use alternative forms of transportation on special event days when parking spaces are in particularly high demand.

No Stopping Zone The fire zone adjacent to the fields is designated and signed No Stopping Zone. Vehicles in this zone will be ticketed and/or towed.

Disability Parking Reminder Please have your decal visible when using the disability parking spaces. To obtain a decal, contact SPARC of BC at 604-718-7744.

MEMBERSHIP FEES To take part in 55+ activities, you need to purchase a membership. You can purchase the single centre Bonsor 55+ membership if you usually take part in activities at only Bonsor 55+ or you can purchase the multi-centre membership if you enjoy taking part in activities at more than one 55+ centre. Program registration fees are additional. Single Centre | $18.90 per year Multi-Centre | $45.30 per year*Prices do not inlcude tax.
