Drive C:\ 40gb T2

Drive D:\ 100gb T3 named CCFS-##x_DATA

Naming

o CCFS-##x

## = is for the number of the file server

X = for the identifier in the storage cluster.

o Cluster refers to the storage cluster for redundancy. File servers

that are sharing redundant data will always have the same name

but have a different cluster member identifier identified by the last

letter in the file server name, valid range is a-z.

o Example:

CCFS-01a

First fires server in the CCFS-01 cluster

CCFS-04a

First file server in the CCFS-04 cluster

CCFS-04b

Second file server in the CCFS-04 cluster.

Installed Roles

o File Services

Role Services

Distributed File System (DFS)

File Server Resource Manager (FSRM)

o Create a Name Space

Use the name of the server without the cluster identifier
