▪ Make the most of waterway transport and encouraging intermodality
▪ Improving the logistic industry image to support job creation and attract newprofiles
Strategic positioning:
▪ Starting from the professionals’ needs and constraints
▪ Shifting from a dogmatic approach to modal report to an economic relevancelogic
▪ Creating a regional framework to focus on common goals
▪ Encouraging a holistic approach (transport, employement, environment, innovation, ...) so that territories and citizens make the most of freight

How to combine economic and social performance and environmentalexcellence:
▪ Strenghtening regional attractivity▪ Reducing the nuisance▪ Promoting local development through the logistic sector▪ Stimulating innovation▪ Coordinating actions and federating stakeholders
➢ 50 million euros over 3 years➢ 50 000 jobs over 10 years
1. STRENGHTENING REGIONAL ATTRACTIVITY
➔ Support for innovation initiatives
Objective: anticipate the changes of the consumption and distribution patterns and theirimpact on all the logistic chains (equipments, vehicles, services, training, …)
Kinds of projects: process and organisationnel innovation for logistics chains, logistic realestate, vehicles or logistics data tools
Amount of the subsidy: up to 50% of the investments, capped at 500K€
Example of a funded project:
→ Developping data standards for the food system:− Interoperability of the different local food platform− Communication between producers and consumers− Mutualisation of transport operations

2. A TARGETED PLANNING OF INFRASTRUCTURES
➔ Support for connectivity of logistics areas and heavy goods parkings
Objective: improve the accessibility of logistics zones with helping the construction,adaptation or securing of access and parking infrastructures
Eligibility criteria: proximity to the main road network, quality of the territorial integration,integration in the regional logistic network, presence of NGV filling stations
Amount of the subsidy: up to 50% of the investments, capped at 1M€
Example of a funded project: adaptationof the Port of Gennevilliers main road
→ Construction of a roundabout and extension of the port main road to anticipate the arrival of a 60 000 m² e-logistics facility
3. TERRITORIAL COORDINATION AND STIMULATION
➔ Ongoing call for tenders to address the needs of the territories
Objective: support partnership-based pilot projects and demonstrators which includelogistics in the development strategies of the territories
Eligibility criteria: the projects have to be jointly developed by local authorities withprivate stakeholders and have to consider all the aspects of local development(employment, training, reduction of the nuisance, etc.)
Amount of the subsidy: up to 50% of the investments, capped at 1M€
Example of a funded project:urban logistic base for cargo-bikes
→ 220 m² under the Boulevard Périphérique (Paris ring-road)
