Challenge creativity, overcome inhibitions, develop a character and move onstage with purpose. Thursdays 6:15– 7:30 p.m. Thursdays 6:15– 7:30 p.m. Thursdays 6:15– 7:30 p.m. Acting II ($80) Students will have the chance to build on their skills from Acting I to build characters, explore script analysis and delve into improvisation. Thursdays 7:45 – 9 p.m. Thursdays 7:45 – 9 p.m. Thursdays 7:45 – 9 p.m. Acting III ($80) Learn everything from monologues to scenes, classics to contemporary and Meisner to Viewpoints in this advanced acting course. Tuesdays 7:45– 9 p.m. Tuesdays 7:45– 9 p.m. Tuesdays 7:45 – 9 p.m. Acting for the Camera ($80) In this six week course students will learn to adapt their voice and body for the camera through a variety of hands-on exercises. Wednesdays 7:45– 9 p.m. Wednesdays 7:45– 9 p.m. Wednesdays 7:45– 9 p.m. Voiceover for Radio & TV ($125) This class will explore written word, proper breathing, enunciation, characterization and focus in vocal acting. Two of the classes in this session are held off-site at a professional recording studio. Mondays 6:15 – 7:30 p.m. Mondays 6:15 – 7:30 p.m. Improv Comedy ($80) Improv Comedy builds improvisation skills by offering performance based games, character development and group collaboration. Wednesdays 6:15 – 7:30 p.m. Wednesdays 6:15 – 7:30 p.m. Stand up Comedy ($125) Build and strengthen your comedic skills by exploring stage presence, practicing mic techniques, generating jokes, overcoming stage fright, communicating with the audience and incorporating “fix it” techniques.
