Actelis modem integration with EMS

Activity performed in field:

Log in through console

Select craft, COM port, Baud rate 9600. Default User name and Password is admin

Syncing of modem with laptop.

Select connected device to manage.

Give Management IP

Change default VLAN no 100 to required one using Edit VLAN tab.

Enable Management eth port - COLAN

Same configuration to be done in remote end modem.

Connect straight ETH patch cord between IDU ETH and Actelis MGMT ports for management traffic.

Activity performed in Sever:

Verify ping to NE(Actelis modem) from server

Add NE from Network menu as shown below

Define NE parameters as shown below

It will show “Connected” with orange icon in Network tree if NE is reachable.
