USA) is acquired. This

company is a specialist

for overprint UV curable

coatings and adhesives

for the paper and board

packaging sector.

2011 Acquisition of the sealants

business of Watson Standard

Adhesives Company further

enhances market position in USA.

2005 Acquisition of Kelstar

International

(Cinnaminson, USA), a

leading US producer of

water-based and UV

curable overprint coatings

for the paper and board

packaging sector.

2010 Aquaprint, based near

Bremen and specializing in

the manufacture of water-

2009 Water Ink Technologies is
