ACROSPORT ROLES ROL MEANING BASES The ones that support the formation. The base performers are usually the strongest and heaviest participants; therefore, strength, stability and balance are their most important qualities. They must provide confidence to their classmates. TOPS OR FLYERS The ones on the top of the pyramids; therefore, flexibility, agility and balance are their most important qualities. They are usually thinner than the bases. They trust bases. HELPERS The ones that help to build the pyramid by assisting and taking care of the flyers and bases. They will be part of the pyramid after assisting the building process: decorating it or creating a new one. They provide security and confidence to their classmates (avoiding accidents).
