formation.

strongest and heaviest participants;
therefore, strength, stability and
balance are their most important
qualities.
-‐ They must provide confidence to
their classmates.
TOPS OR FLYERS
-‐ The ones on the top of the pyramids;
therefore, flexibility, agility and
balance are their most important
qualities.
-‐ They are usually thinner than the
bases.
-‐ They trust bases.
HELPERS
-‐ The ones that help to build the
pyramid by assisting and taking care
of the flyers and bases.
-‐ They will be part of the pyramid
after assisting the building process:
decorating it or creating a new one.
-‐ They provide security and
confidence to their classmates
(avoiding accidents).

It is the formation that

levels.

It is the stage where the
pyramid is built.
STABILIZATION
Once the pyramid has
been built, it is necessary
to keep it for a few
seconds in order to be
seen by the others.
DISMANTLING It means the end of the pyramid and the stage where the participants split up.
It should be carried out in reverse to the build up stage.
