<< Login and DashboardLaunch the app, select your host region (US, EU, Canada, Asia Pacific) and log-in to your ACL GRC account using your ID and password.
Use the navigation buttons on the left to move between the Dashboard, Project Planning, Fieldwork, Project Reports, Reviews and Findings for the current project items such as Reviews and Findings that require your attention are marked with an indicator.
<< Planning and FieldworkPlan the project and attach supporting documents. Create project sections and risks, controls and procedures. Execute on fieldwork sections, walkthroughs, and test plans. Sign off your work at the section level and notify the next reviewer.
<< Fieldwork – TestingDrill down to individual project procedures to document your project work, edit procedure notes, scan documents to PDF format and capture and upload photo, video and audio evidence directly from the app.
App RequirementsAlthough the app is free, an active ACL GRC user ID is required to connect with your project management system. An active data connection is required for app use. ACL GRC for iOS is supported on any iPhone or iPad using iOS 5.X, 6.X or 7.X. The app is supported for customers on all ACL GRC subscription plans.
<< Status, To-Dos, Requests and TimesheetsView overall project Status, Requests, To-Dos and Timesheets by clicking on the icons in the lower left corner of the screen. Items requiring attention such as To- Dos are marked with an indicator.
<< System Status ManagerUse the System dropdown to access the system-wide Findings, Status and roll-forward projects from the Project Library.

Your active projects are listed on the Projects screen. Tap an project to view the Dashboard. Tap an project section to drill down to the project plan or use the Menu dropdown to navigate to Fieldwork, Project Reports, Reviews, Findings, Time & Budget, Requests, or To-Dos.
<< Project Procedures and TestsFrom Fieldwork or from the Dashboard, tap to view the project procedures and tap again to access the Edit Testing screen to document your test results and issues identified. Capture and attach photo, video or audio evidence; scan, correct and save documents as PDF files directly from the app. Document Findings, To-Dos and review points, and enter project time, all in the Edit Testing screen. Tap Save to upload the information.

Q: What can I do with the mobile app? How is it different from the web application that I’ve subscribed to?
A: On the mobile app, you can perform all the key functions necessary to execute on fieldwork and track status on projects. The mobile app does not include administrative tasks, such as managing users. Over time, we’re building new functionality to match the web app plus much more!
Q: Is this a native, hybrid, or web app?A: ACL GRC for iOS is a native app designed specifically for Apple mobile devices.
Q: I have an Android™, Windows ®, or Blackberry ® device – are these supported with native apps?
A: No. One can always access projects.aclgrc.com through their mobile browser. A native Android app is a future item on our roadmap.
Q: What screen resolutions are supported?A: The app can support Retina or non-Retina devices.
Q: How do I search for the ACL GRC app on the Apple App Store?A: The app can be located by searching any of these terms in the App Store: ACL (second
entry), ACL Services, ACL GRC, GRC.
Q: How do I log into the app?A: Once you open the app, use the same username and password as you would to access ACL
GRC over the web.
Q: How do I upgrade to the latest version of ACL GRC for iOS?A: Through the App Store updates screen, as you would with any other iOS app.
Q: What if I encounter a download or login issue?A: Delete the app, and reinstall the app. Your data will not be erased since it’s stored in the cloud.
