Make sure the cards are properly slotted and screw tight to the chassis slot.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION•Install Windows XP Home/Professional with at least Service Pack 2.•Make sure all the motherboard drivers including the DIRECTX is loaded.•Insert the video capture card CD into the optical drive. You can also copy the whole CD content to your desktop via thumb drive if you opt to not installing any optical drive to the CCTV Server.•When you boot up your window, a new hardware detected notification will pop up.•Install the driver from the driver folder provided.

•Double click on the IDVR.exe to start the software installation.•After installation done, they will prompt you to install driver again, if you did not install the driver previously.•Once done, Run IDVR wizard software

•Once in IDVR wizard, default user name is super, no password is required.•Select Easy mode for a step by step configuration.•Get the DVR card info.•Get the serial numbers of DVR card•Export serial number of cards. And then you can send it to Achieva and get the•license file.•Click on the Import license button and import the software license file.

•Upon successful of registering the license file, click on the drive which you want to dedicate the recording file to be store.•Once disk space is assign, click ok and close the window.•Click on the apply tasks to complete the installation.•Close the Wizard once the apply task is completed.

•Double click on the IDVR services icon to start the program running, should the firewall block the application, turn off the firewall. •The IDVR service icon will appear on the bottom of the active icon upon activation. This service must be active before running the IDVR software.•Turn off the firewall if it does not allow the IDRV service to run.

•Double click on the IDVR program icon to start the program running•Key in the username as super in lowercase (Case sensitive) and leave the password field empty for first time logon.•Click Ok to login
