Ken FirtelTransom Capital GroupMr. Firtel is a Founder and Managing Director with Transom Capital Group, a lower middle-market private equity fund with heavy operational focus to private equity investing, including special situation, restructuring, turnaround, and distressed transactions. Prior to founding Transom Capital, Mr. Firtel was an investment professional at Platinum Equity and, before joining Platinum Equity, was an associate in the Transactions Department of O’Melveny & Myers.

Mr. Firtel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University, a Master of Science, Industrial Relations-Diploma in Business Studies from the London School of Economics, and a Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law. He played Varsity soccer at Yale and published an article in the Southern California Law Review. He serves on the Operating Committee of SCORE, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the rehabilitation of people with spinal cord injuries.

Matthew Garff Sun Capital Partners, Inc.Matthew Garff is a Managing Director and the head of the Los Angeles office for Sun Capital Partners. Matthew has been with Sun Capital since 2001. During his time at Sun Capital, Matthew has completed dozens of transactions in a variety of industries and using multiple structures.

Prior to joining Sun Capital Partners in 2001, Matthew worked for The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. Prior to Carlyle, he was with KSL Fairways, a business consolidating golf courses. Mr. Garff received a B.S. from the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Anthony PritzkerThe Pritzker GroupTony Pritzker is a Managing Partner of The Pritzker Group, a private equity investment firm focused on industrial businesses, which he co-founded with his brother J.B. in 2002. He is an experienced manager of manufacturing and service companies. As President of Amsafe, Inc, Group Executive of The Marmon Group, Regional Vice-President, Asia of the

Getz Bros. & Cos., President & CEO of Stainless Industrial Companies, and President & CEO of Baker Tanks he has proven himself effective in a number of highly successful turnarounds, both domestically and internationally. Tony is an active member of the Los Angeles community and serves on a variety of private and non-profit boards. He has been honored by Heal The Bay, a non profit environmental group, Friends of Sheba Medical Center in Israel, Young Presidents’ Organization, and, most recently, was honored by the Brandeis Bardin Institute and UCLA as a Visionary for his humanitarian efforts. Tony graduated with an MBA from the University of Chicago and earned his BA in Engineering from Dartmouth College.

Stephen Antion Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLPD. Stephen Antion’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law, executive compensation, private equity and family offices. He has represented a number of companies and investors in a wide range of matters, including investments, acquisitions and dispositions, and has served as outside general counsel to a number of public and private companies. He has represented

clients in a broad range of industries, including software, electronics, distribution, finance, retail, automotive components, biotechnology, consumer products and aerospace. Mr. Antion previously was president of Ridgestone Corporation, a private investment company. At Ridgestone, Mr. Antion sourced, structured and monitored private equity and real estate investments. He was also responsible for asset allocation, manager selection and performance review of Ridgestone’s passive investments.Prior to his tenure with Ridgestone, Mr. Antion was a partner in the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP and co-chair of the Middle Market Practice Group. Mr. Antion has served on the boards of both public and private companies. He regularly speaks on topics related to hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and private family offices. He is also a regular guest lecturer for the Entrepreneurship and Venture class at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.Mr. Antion earned his BA from the University of California, Los Angeles and his JD from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley. He is admitted to practice in California.

Eric ReiterBrentwood AssociatesEric Reiter is a Partner at Brentwood Associates, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. He joined Brentwood in 1999 and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Presently, Eric serves as a Director of Spectrum Clubs, Soft Surroundings, Sundance Holding Company, and The Teaching Company. Prior to joining Brentwood, Eric worked in the merchant banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where his primary responsibilities included analyzing and structuring investments

for the $3 billion DLJMB II L.P. private equity fund. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a dual bachelor’s degree in finance and operation and information management from the Wharton School of Business. In addition, Eric serves as a member of the Penn Fund Executive Board, the University of Pennsylvania’s undergraduate annual giving program.
