Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) was incorporated in

Nov,1978 as Private Limited Company.Main purpose is to take over the Attock Oil Company

Limited (AOC) to refining of crude oil and supplyingof refined petroleum products. It was converted into

a Public Limited Company in June 1979.The Company is listed in 3 Stock Exchanges of the

country and also registered with Central DepositoryCompany of Pakistan Limited (CDC). (cont)

The present paid-up capital of the Company is
