Manage most aspects of Accounting, Customer Services and all aspects of Human Resources for a charter school with a $12M budget ($6M in salaries), 120 employees, and three buildings.

Ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll using Workforce Now (ADP); record hours, track vacation and sick time, and file payroll records. Responsible for all maintenance and upkeep including track vacation, sick time, input all changes in salaries and addresses, etc.

Responsible for Accounts payable activities; process into QuickBooks, review invoices, run checks and payroll.

Responsible for Accounts receivable activities; process all cash and checks, make deposits, input all electronic receipts into General Ledger System and reconcile.

Coordinates with Comptroller and Assistant Comptroller to provide coverage and assistance to Fund Related accounting and payroll/benefits as needed.
