Accounts become locked when an incorrect password is entered three or more times. To unlock your account, please email [email protected] with the following: your account number, full name of the account holder of record, and the mailing address on your season ticket account. How can I get my password? Go to www.patriots.com/ticketexchange and select “Forgot Your Password” under the Login button. How do I update my email address? Log in to your account and select “Edit Profile” at the top left of the screen under your name. TICKET EXCHANGE Am I responsible for the actions of the people who purchase my tickets through Ticket Exchange? No. You will not be held accountable for the actions of those people. Am I responsible for the actions of the people who I forward my tickets to through Ticket Exchange? Yes. The “Forward” feature provides Season Ticket Holders a fast, safe, and convenient way to share their tickets with friends or family. You are still responsible for the actions of those sitting in your seats. Can I post tickets for multiple games? Yes. You can post tickets for any regular season game(s) that you’d like when you receive your season tickets in July. You can set a unique expiration date for each posting. Is there a fee for posting tickets? No. It is free for Season Ticket Holders to post tickets on Ticket Exchange. There is a $11.50 Ticketmaster service fee charged per order to the person purchasing the tickets. Can I buy tickets on Ticket Exchange? Yes. This service is available exclusively to Patriots Season Ticket Holders and Wait List members. You can purchase up to 4 additional tickets for any regular season game. one-stop shop for all online account management. Log in at www.patriots.com/ticketexchange to make payments, track ticket usage and update your account profile.

UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

Once you log in to Account Manager, select “Edit Profile” at the top left of the screen under your name. Please keep an up-to-date email address and phone number on your season ticket account.

TICKET FORWARDING

EMAIL YOUR TICKETSSend your tickets electronically to virtually

anyone, up to 2 hours before the game, via ticket forwarding. Log in to your online account and select the ticket or group of tickets you wish to email, enter the recipient’s information and select Forward. Avoid the hassle of overnight or in-person delivery.

HOW IT WORKSEach of your season tickets carries a unique

barcode, ensuring that they are authentic. During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is emailed a new ticket with a unique barcode via ticketFast® that can be printed using any standard printer. Of note, you are responsible for the actions of guests that are sitting in your seats.

friends or family.

POST YOUR TICKETS FOR SALE

HOW IT WORKSCan’t make it to a regular season game? You

can post your season tickets anonymously to Wait List Members or other Season Ticket Holders. There is no fee for posting tickets - simply log in to your account and highlight the tickets you wish to post. You can select all or a subset of your tickets. Note, there is a limit of 4 tickets in a single posting. You can choose the expiration date of posted tickets and will be informed of your listing status via an email notification system. Posting and removing tickets for sale is quick, easy and secure.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY TICKETS ARE SOLD?

Once purchased, the barcodes on your season tickets are cancelled and you will receive credit into your season ticket account for the face value of the tickets. New barcodes are then issued and delivered electronically to the buyer via ticketFast® technology. With ticketFast® electronic delivery, the buyer can print the tickets instantly using any standard printer and you can avoid the hassle of mail delivery. You are not responsible for the actions of those who purchase your tickets through Ticket Exchange.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY TICKETS DON’T SELL?

If your tickets do not sell before the expiration date you’ve set for your ticket sale, you will be notified immediately via email that your listing has been removed and that your original tickets are still valid for entry. If you cannot attend the game, you can still email them to a friend via ticket forwarding.

TIPS FOR TICKET RESALE:• Postings of 2, 3 or 4 tickets re-sell better than single seats.

• Tickets posted at least 8 days before the game re-sell better than those posted the week of game.

• There is a limit of 4 tickets in a single posting.
