  • Conducting the InvestigationManager/Supervisor receives the accident/injury report form

    Ensure any immediate hazards are removed

    Get the Investigators on the case

  • Conducting the Investigation

    Get the Investigation team verbal and written Accident Information ASAP Conduct Investigation in a Timely Manner.

    Identify any concerns noted about the incident
