MD player - singleCD player - single

An opportunity to upgrade your radio/cassette toa radio/single MD player or to a radio/single CDplayer. Both options allow you to easily changeyour music from the driver’s seat and will stillgive functionality of your CD autochanger iffitted. Available for the new S-TYPE only.

CD autochanger

A compact unit located within the boot anddesigned to take up to 6 CDs in an easy to loadmagazine. A carpet covered flap hides the unit inthe boot wall until access is required. For earliermodels (to VIN 77674), the CD is mounted withinthe glove box and boot installation is not possible.

CD magazine holder

Supplied complete with spare magazine, this practical storage unit is located above the CD autochanger in the boot. This item cannot be installed if navigation is fitted.Available for the new S-TYPE only.

CD magazine

For use with the CD autochanger. To provideadditional stowage, with a capacity to hold 6 CDs.

CD carry case

A convenient leather holder for either your spareCD magazine or up to 4 CDs or navigation discsin their cases.

Telephone - fixed

Jaguar dual band fixed telephone, stylish looksand ergonomic design. Discreetly and securelymounted within the centre armrest. The handsfree microphone is installed unobtrusively withinthe roof switch panel. Integrated controls (wherefitted) are mounted on the steering wheel.Available for the new S-TYPE only.

Auxiliary power socket

Provides 12V power supply into the boot. Onlyuse Jaguar approved accessories (max 5 amp).

JaguarVoice

A highly advanced in-car control system that can be ‘trained’ to respond to your personal voice commands for telephone / CD / audio /air conditioning (and also navigation on the new S-TYPE). Only suitable for cars with multi-function steering wheel.Available for UK, US, German, French, Spanish,Italian and Australian markets only.

Reverse park control

Ultrasonic sensors fitted to rear bumperindicate by way of an audio signal the proximityof parked cars and other obstacles. Works froma distance of 1.5 metres (5ft) to the rear and 0.5 metres (20ins) to either side of the vehicle.

Cruise control

Accurate, electronic speed control, particularlyuseful for long distance motoring. Includesfitment of multi-functional steering wheel with remote operation of audio system.

Compass mirror

Totally encased within rear view mirror, thecompass indicates the 8 cardinal points. Canonly be fitted as replacement forelectrochromatic rear view mirror. Onlysuitable for vehicles from VIN M45255.

High quality and extremely durable 4 piecetailored carpet mat set featuring the Jaguarlogo on the driver’s heel pad. Available in a choice of 3 colours.

Lambswool rugs

A luxurious 4-piece set of tailored lambswoolrugs made of soft, dense and resilient fleece.Woven Jaguar logo on driver’s heel pad. Notsuitable for the new S-TYPE. Available in achoice of 3 colours.

Protective rear seat cover

Waterproof and durable rear seat cover toprovide temporary protection against wear and tear including pet claws. Easily fitted and removed. Washable. Note: does not allow operation of split rear seat, armrest or, if fitted, ski-hatch facility.

Side window deflector

For added motoring comfort when driving with the window open. Reduces wind noiseand increases ventilation. Particularly usefulwhen driving in the city.

Rear window manual sunblind

To provide protection against sunlight and for additional privacy. Not suitable for the new S-TYPE.

Cigar ashtray

With hinged lid, fits neatly into the centre front cup holder. Not suitable for the new S-TYPE.

Seat covers - cotton

Designed to protect your seats and keep themcool, particularly during summer months.Allows the normal safe deployment of side airbags. Made of washable cotton. Not suitablefor the new S-TYPE and for cloth seats prior to the new S-TYPE.

ISOfix child restraint system

Jaguar ISOfix is a new universal fasteningsystem that allows a compatible child seat tobe secured directly and easily to the vehicle’sbody without the use of the lap and diagonalseat belt. The system consists of 2 loweranchor loops accessible through either of therear outboard seat positions and a top tetheranchor located on the parcel shelf. Notsuitable for the centre seat position.

Child seat – ISOfix*

Jaguar recommends this exclusive forwardfacing Stage 2 seat for children weighing 9-18kg (20-40lbs) or to approximately 4 years.It has a Jaguar imaged Sand coloured cover tocomplement your vehicle’s interior. The toptether must always be secured in conjunctionwith the lower anchorages.

ISOfix anchorage kit

Necessary for fitment of the ISOfix child seatin older vehicles. Compatible with 2001MYvehicles (VIN 86902) onwards. Anchorage kits are standard fit on the new S-TYPE. Not illustrated.

Infant carrier*

Birth to 13kg (30lbs) for rearward facinginstallation only using the existing lap anddiagonal seat belt. Lightweight, with a 3-pointone-pull harness, which is easily adjustable, it comes with an integral headrest, chest and stomach pads. Simple single-handedadjustment takes it from car seat to carrier.Complete with matching fabric canopy.

Child seat*

Available in a choice of Jaguar branded orstandard fabrics. The Jaguar branded cover isin Sand colour to complement your vehicle’sinterior. The seat is for children between 9-18kg (20-40lbs). Can be moved to one of five positions from upright to recline withoutthe need to disturb your child. Easy to installusing existing lap and diagonal seat belt.

Child seat cover

Replacement Jaguar imaged Sand colouredcover suitable for child seat above. Easilyremoved and machine washable. Not illustrated.

Child seat/booster cushion*

For children from 15-25kg (33-55lbs) orapproximately 4 to 6 years. Two-part Stage 3booster seat with two-position backrest or asingle Stage 4 booster cushion. Using the lapand diagonal seat belt, it has a unique one pull locking clip which positions the diagonalbelt correctly over your child’s shoulder and a head cushion which adjusts to your child’sheight. The backrest can be easily removedleaving a Stage 4 booster cushion with a choiceof 3 widths (sold separately, see opposite).

Booster cushion*

22-36kg (48-80lbs) or approximately 6 to 11 years. Stage 4 booster cushion with achoice of 3 widths to accommodate differentand growing children. Designed to correctlyalign the lap belt over your child’s pelvis andwith belt and clip to position the diagonal beltover the shoulder.

*Important notes:

Never place a rear facing child seat in frontof an air bag.

Jaguar strongly recommend that the safestplace for children is in the rear and thatyour infant travels rear facing for as long as their physical development allows.

It is always safest to travel with childrenunder the age of 11 in a suitable childrestraint seat. If you have no other optionthan installing a forward facing child seat on the front passenger seat, you must ensurethe vehicle’s seat cushion is in its lowest and rearmost position.

Please consult your Owner’s Handbook formore information about travelling safelywith your children.

Side window sunblinds

Provides additional privacy and protectionfrom sunlight without affecting the windowoperation. Set of 2 blinds.

Warning triangle

Two tone reflective triangle for both day and night use. Fits inside boot lid and can be erected within seconds outside the vehiclein case of emergency.

Fire extinguisher

Dry powder 1kg fire extinguisher, effectiveagainst a wide range of fires including petrol and electrical. Normally boot mounted but special fitting also available on the new S-TYPE that allows installationbelow either front seat.

First aid kit

A comprehensive kit useful for dealing with minor emergencies.

Convenience kit

A useful kit containing rubbish bags, shoecovers, wet wipes, gloves, zip ties, groundsheet and paper overalls. Ideal foremergencies.

Aspheric door mirror glass

Increases the field of view of the door mirrorto provide greater safety by reducing blindspots. The new S-TYPE only. Fitment will resultin loss of electrochromatic functionality.

Window etching

An effective theft deterrent by indeliblyetching your Jaguar’s identification onto each window.

Locking wheel nuts

To provide effective security for wheels.Standard fit on UK specification vehicles.

Tracker

Statisitics show that a vehicle is stolen every 55 seconds in the UK. Tracker can help to prevent your car becoming a statisticand if the worst happens, assist the police inlocating and retrieving the stolen vehicle.

Three specifications of Tracker are available:

Retrieve

- Enables the stolen car to be trackedand found by the police, once theowner has reported it stolen toTracker Network UK (TNUK).

Monitor

- Automatically alerts TNUK when the vehicle is unlawfully moved, who in turncontact the owner.

Horizon

- Utilises a GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) system to pinpoint the exact location of the stolen car within the UK.TNUK then contact the police with thisinformation, thus reducing tracking time.

All versions are fully supported by the UKpolice. Service charge payable to TNUK.Available in the UK only.

Roof bars

A complete system that enables extra luggageand specialised sports equipment to becarried in a convenient and effective manner.Select the basic two-bar carrier and thenchoose the fitments to meet your particularneeds. Both bars and accessories are lockable.Maximum load 100kg (220lbs).

Luggage frame

Raised edges ensure safe retention of luggage.1045mm long x 1026mm wide x 66mm deep(3' 5" x 3' 4" x 2.5"). Useable width 976mm (3' 2").

Bike lift and carrier

Conveniently lifts bike from floor level ontothe roof rack with minimum effort. Carriesone bike per system - maximum 2 systemsper car.

Enables a cycle to be roof mounted securelyby the front forks. 3 carriers per car.

Holiday box

Sport box
