Accessing Your Account If you do not receive your email, then often this is because your internet service provider has marked the email as spam. Please go into your mail account and view any spam messages before contacting Encephalon Customer Support.

Gmail Users If you have a Gmail account, please note that Google recently introduced new categories to filter their mail. They are Social, Promotions, Updates and Forums. Please check under these categories first before contacting us.

Logging In In the event that you have difficulty with logging into your account, please try the following: If you have copied and pasted the information from the email and have received an error, then try to manually type into the text field instead. If you have typed the information into the text field and received an error, then try to copy and paste. Please also note that passwords are case sensitive.

Try a Different Browser If you have followed the above instructions and still receive an error, then please try and access your downloads from another computer, device or browser. Some versions of Internet Explorer are particularly vulnerable to having issues.

A Few Things to Note A few things to note when you have successfully logged into your account: Audio downloads will appear in the Menu bar that runs across the top of the screen under the “Downloads” tab and other items such as the “Online Intensive Video” will appear on the same Menu bar, but under their own tabs.

Downloading to an iPhone or iPad You will be able to listen to your audio downloads on these devices, but this must be done by first downloading your purchases into iTunes.

Mac Users For a mac computer this is very simple. When you click to download your audio files, you will be asked whether to download as a file or to iTunes. Please select iTunes.

PC Users On a PC you may have to download the file to your computer and then select “open with” iTunes.

iTunes Once you have played the file in iTunes it should then become part of your music library. So long as you have placed your download in a playlist that will be synced with your iPad or iPhone, then downloads will automatically be available to play on these devices.

Intensive Workshop Online Video If you have purchased the Online Intensive Video, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase in which to view the video. After 30 days your account will expire and become inactive.

Accessing the Intensive Workshop Online Video You can access the four parts of the Online Intensive Workshop Video under the Navigation Menu item that says: “Intensive Workshop.” Please Note: It is not under the “Downloads” tab.

Viewing the Intensive Workshop Online Video You will note that there is a low bandwidth and high bandwidth version of the video. If you have a slow connection to the internet or experience any difficulties with viewing the high quality version, then just switch to the smaller version of the video.

Also this video stream is not designed for use on mobile devices. Do not try to use an iPad or iPhone to view. This video stream requires a very large bandwidth in which to view properly and these devices are generally not able to cope with the large file sizes involved.
