ePerformanceEntering Accountabilities/Key Results

Step 1 – Select “Self Service”

Step 2 – Select “My Performance Documents”

Step 3 – Select “Current Documents”

Step 4 – Select “Performance Appraisal”

The first step in performance management is entering your accountabilities and key results for the coming year.Once entered, they will be reviewed/approved by your primary reviewer. Accountabilities/Key Results can be updated or revised as you progress through the performance appraisal cycle.

Select Start.

Section 1: Organizational Goals

No information is entered in this area at this time.

Scores will be populated at the end of the performance cycle in accordance with the overall organizational scores for the year.

Section 2 – Accountabilities / Key Results

Note the instructions in Section 2 before entering your information.

Select “Add Accountabilities / Key Results”.

Section 2 – Accountabilities / Key Results

Asterisked items must be filled in.Be sure your Accountability / Key Result is measureable.

When completed, select “Update”.

Section 2 – Accountabilities / Key Results

This section can be revised until the primary reviewer approves the Accountabilities / Key Results. After approval, revisions can only be made from the actual appraisal.

Sections 3 – 6 will not be accessed at this point.

Submitting Accountabilities / Key Results

Select “Save”. This makes your Accountabilities / Key Results available to you Primary Reviewer for approval.

Confirmation

You are brought to the top of the form to view your confirmation.

Select “Return to Appraisal Status Summary”.

Notify your Primary Reviewer that you have entered your Accountabilities / Key Results. You have the ability to edit the document until the Primary Reviewer approves. After approval, the Accountabilities / Key Results can only be edited by the primary reviewer.
