– www.unspsc.org

• Downloads can be accomplished online for Non-

Members• PDF version- FREE

• Excel version- $100 USD

• Navigate to www.unspsc.org

• Click on the CODESET_DOWNLOADS menu option at the top of

the page.

• Scroll to find the file you need. Excel files are $100, PDF files are

free. This list is in Alphabetical order by file name.

• Click the buy it now button next to the file(s) you would like to

download (the free files will not have a charge).

• Each time you select a file to “Buy”, you will be re-directed to the

shopping cart page.

– To continue shopping for other files, click Continue Shopping and

return to previous slide

– To check out (Click the Check Out button).

• The Checkout screen will ask for information.

– Your username should be your email

– You will be asked to set up a password to retrieve your files

• Click Continue in the bottom right hand corner of the screen

• Read and agree to the Terms of Use and click continue.

• If you have chosen files which have a fee, you will be prompted for

credit card information.

• Credit Card screen will appear only if you have chosen files which

have a fee attached.

• Click Send once all data is entered.

• Note: Do not click Send more than once. The verification process

may take a couple of minutes to complete.

• Once you have completed the Checkout process and received a

confirmation, click the download arrow next to the file to download

each

• All files downloaded are available for up to 365 days after initial

download

• To retrieve a previously downloaded file, navigate to

www.unspsc.org

• Hover over the CODESET_DOWNLOADS menu option

• Click on the MY DOWNLOADS option

• Enter the username and password you set up in the purchase

process

• The resulting screen will list all of the downloads you have

requested

• Click the download arrow next to the file to download
