Accessing Reports on Data Director

Log on

www.datadirector.com/rutherford

Select Reports

Click on Exam Reports

Select School Exam Report

Select the name of the exam from the pull-down menu

Select Administration (even though it is already selected; then the Submit box will pop up – then click Submit

You can select a report and review or print.

Pull up a variety of reports – be sure to scroll down on some of them as there is additional information on

the bottom that you might otherwise miss.

You can also create custom reports –if you want to get creative!

If you have any questions, please see me – I will be training your team on the use of the scanner in the

next few weeks.

On some of the reports you will see underneath the standard –5 resources or 3 resources, etc. If you click on that, it will take you to Netrekker which houses thousands of activities for teachers and students . You can log on using your email address for your username and your 750 # for your password – this will take you to the suggested resources to help struggling students in that specific standard. Assignments can be made for students to do at home or at school. I will be having an in-service on Netrekker in March, but if you use it before then and have questions, please see me.
