All students must complete and submit the Elective Course Preference Sheet to Guidance by the deadline for their class.
You may get this message when you open the registration forms. Click “OK” and the form should open in Adobe.

Read and discuss this form with your parents before completing and printing. Complete the registration process even if uncertain of your return next year.

Drop down each of the fields to make your course selections. Depending on your grade level, some courses have been preselected for you.

* Denotes a semester class and you may choose 2 semester electives. Only select an elective from the first elective field if your choice is a full year course.
Do not choose an elective from this field if you are taking AP U.S. Government.

Select the study hall option in line 5 only if you have completed your P.E. requirement.
Only select an elective from the left fields on line 7 or 8 if the courses are full year courses. You may select 4 single semester electives from lines 7 and 8. * denotes a semester course.

Select 613 P.E. in Line 5 if you took health in 9th grade. Select study hall only if you have completed your health and P.E. requirements.

Print the form and then obtain the necessary signatures. Print button is on upper right side of form. The bottom portion of the form contains the teacher approval section and the parent information and signature section. Please review your course selections and graduation requirements with your parents before returning this form to Guidance.
Teacher approval is required for certain courses. Obtain teacher signatures after completing and printing this form.
1. Place your cursor in a text box and type the information requested. Bubble “4 Yr. Studio Art" if it applies to you.
Padua’s Graduation Requirements are listed at the bottom of the Electives sheet. For your specific requirements, login to NetClassroom and check Student’s Grades/Graduation Requirements.
Rank your top 10 elective choices
Once you have completed and printed both forms you must return them to Guidance by the listed deadline. Close your forms (you may save it if you want to your home computer) and return to paduafranciscan.com. Now you are ready to register your course selections in NetClassroom. Login to NetClassroom as you normally do to check your grades.

Use the course registration and elective forms you completed earlier as references.
Go to Registration/Enter Requests
You should now see a list of the core requirements for you grade level, as well as first and second semester lunches. You need to click on “Edit Requests”.
Click on “Edit Requests” to add more classes.
Do not use browser back, forward or refresh arrows.
Select course from each drop-down menu that applies to you. Some courses have been preselected in the grid below.
Review courses selected in each line and in the grid before submitting
You can delete a course from the grid if you make a mistake or change your mind.
Click on this little cell to select the course you want to delete. Click “Delete” after selecting the course.
An empty line = no course selection on that line
A warning will appear when you try to delete a course.
You must click “Submit” to complete the process.
Important: Review courses selected in each line and in the grid below before submitting.
You must complete the process in one login.
You must complete this registration by the end date for your grade.
