We have maintained a pristine reputation among our customers, which include companies such as State Farm Insurance, California Credit Union League, Target, Grainger, Hussmann, Southern Cali-fornia Edison, Morgan Stanley and others that would recommend our services. We are always looking to expand our business opportunities to new clients. We here at Accents believe in quality service and reasonable pricing. We don’t just cater for you, we cater to you. Our Services… Accents offers more than just delicious food. We are a full service catering com-pany and can provide you with the resources to plan an event. We are able to Set -up a food tasting appointment for you, to sample our fine cuisine. If you feel that you are un-able to plan an event, let us plan it for you. Our event coordinators are very creative and can provide you with recommendations of other services we have used, such as bands, DJ’s, photographers. We have jumpers, and all rental equipment and decorations avail-able. Our goal is to make your event a special and memorable occasion. Catering Policies

Thank you for choosing Accents Catering for your catering and event planning needs.

Please take a moment to review our company policies.

A. Deadlines for Ordering Corporate Accounts 48 Hours notice is preferred in order for us to bring in inventory and process your re-quest. Deadline for corporate breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders is 2:00 p.m. the day be-fore. After 2:00 p.m. the guest count can only be increased, not decreased.

Same Day Orders are subject to Entrees on hand, and Delivery time can not be guaranteed. Same Day Orders are subject to Fee.

B. Cancellation Policy for Corporate Drop-off Catering We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of corporate drop orders. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to 50% of the estimated food cost. Same day cancellations will be charged full price. If inventory items that we do not ordinarily use are purchased for an order that is cancelled, reimbursement for the cost of those items is re-quired. C. Cancellation Policy for Corporate Events & Private Events In the event of cancellation less than seven (7) business days prior to the event the food and beverage cancellation fee will be 50% of the contracted total. If an alternate date can be scheduled within thirty (30) days and held within one year from the cancelled event, your cancellation fee will be credited towards your event. If a dispute arises over a client’s failure to pay the balance due, the client hereby agrees to reimburse Accents Cater-ing for all legal fees incurred in the collection process. D. Guarantee Agreement and Minimums We have an 8-10 person minimum for local delivery. Our minimum guest count may increase depending on the location of the event. There is a $35.00 service charge for all deliveries applied to each delivery from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. After 3 p.m., a $45.00 service charge is applied. Please call for weekend rates. This is subject to change with out notice. If event guest counts are lowered by 20% or more from the numbers quoted on, prices may vary. E. Deposits for Private Events A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated food and beverage total is required to hold the date for an event. The balance is due one week prior to the event, unless other arrangements have been made.
