9.30am – 11.45am | Effective communication in the workplace - Maryla JuchnowskiChallenging conversations and conflict can occur regularly in all organisations. This awareness will positively impact on our leadership style.

12.00pm – 3.00pm | Appraising and supporting performance in an early learning - Maryla Juchnowski To successfully support effective performance management systems, managers and supervisors need to be able to hold effective ongoing conversations with their staff. They must be able to share both positive and constructive feedback in a meaningful way that adds value to the employee’s performance and to the ‘bottom line’ of the organisation’s key performance indicators. This workshop is designed to provide practical skills and strategies so that participants are better able to tackle the challenging issues that can arise around staff behaviour and performance and leadership.

Our ability to manage the daily stresses that we encounter will ensure our health and well-being. This workshop looks at the impact of stress and how we can minimise the negative impact on our health and wellbeing. Building resilience can reduce the impact of stress.
