OTHER INFORMATIONS

• Dead-line for ordering: 11th August 2006 • From the 11th of August until 1 week before the service, the final costumers number can only

suffer a variation of ± 5 %. • The number of menus invoiced will never be inferior to the number confirmed 1 week before the

event. • For the appetizers and cocktails a minimum of 30 people has to be confirmed. For services of

less than 30 people a supplement of 180 € + VAT will be applied, in concept of differences of structure and organization.

• Appetizer service duration: 45mins. • Cocktail service duration: 1 hour. • Waiter service included for a minimum of 30 people. • Waiter price: 95€+IVA (4h minimum)

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• The total amount of the service has to be paid before the day of the event.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS • The orders have to be cancelled by mail or email indicating the reasons. • For all the orders cancelled before the 11th of August we will refund 100 % of the total amount

paid. • For all the orders cancelled from the 11th of August until 1 week before the service, we will

refund 50% of the total amount paid. • For all the orders cancelled between 1 week before and the day of the service, we will keep the

total amount of the service paid.
