MANAGER TECHNICAL (GRADE E-V)
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years education with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering duly recognized by Higher Education
Commission of Pakistan.
Candidates with a higher degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing /
Commercial, Law after completion of Engineering will be preferred.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in corporate/ Public sector after the completion of
minimum required criteria for qualification. Sound technical knowledge developed through proven
experience/ training with large corporate sector organizations within LNG/ Natural Gas industry.
Cross-disciplinary knowledge/ experience developed through managing technical teams and/or
large scale projects. Preference will be given to demonstrated experience in piping, instrumentation
or mechanical disciplines.
Experience in resolving technical issues associated with importing, processing and subsequent
distribution, within LNG/ Natural Gas industry.
Proven technical experiences in ‘Design’ and ‘Operating’ environments along with ability to
understand macro and micro level impact of technical challenges. In-depth understanding of typical
LNG/ Natural Gas industry pipeline instrumentation.
Experience of commissioning activities in LNG/ Natural Gas industry. Preference will be given to
commissioning experience associated to large gas turbine generators and/ or pipelines.
Demonstrated experience in providing input/ support to commercial, contractual and business
development environments. Experience in developing technical and operational processes and
procedures within LNG/ Natural Gas industry environments.
Experience with data monitoring/ mirroring and remote data access is preferred.
Experience with natural gas metering is preferred.
Ability of flexible thinking, self-motivation, drive, integrity and confidence.
Strong logical and analytical skills. Able to find amicable solutions to novice and difficult technical
problems through ‘thinking out of the box’ approach.

Job Description:
Provide technical support across PLL departments. This will entail, but not be limited to:
o Technical support in contract negotiations – LNG procurement, transmission and gas
sales agreements
o Technical support to IT and Finance departments in operational setup
Manage supply chain’s operational procedures, processes and activities
Provide support to business development activities
Provide support and input for supply chain optimization

MANAGER PROCUREMENT (GRADE E – V)
Qualification:
Minimum 16 years of education with Master’s Degree or equivalent in Procurement / Law / Business
Administration / Public Administration / Engineering, duly recognized by HEC Pakistan
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in dealing with procurement/procurement
planning/supply chain management in LNG/Energy sector.
Sound knowledge and proven experience in procurement of LNG / Energy / Petroleum products
representing a good public or private organization.
In-depth knowledge of PPRA rules, international tendering/procurement process, Public Sector
Companies’ structures etc.
Candidate should be well versed with the ICB procurement.

Qualifications:

Qualification:
LLB /LLM/ JD or equivalent, duly recognized by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with legal issues pertaining to the
corporate/commercial/transactional law. Preference will be given to the candidates to who have
past experience in the oil and gas, energy or power sector.
Sound knowledge and experience in contract negotiation and drafting of agreements, preferably in
the energy and power sector, involving a good public or private organization. Candidates who
worked on different energy and power sector agreements, particularly, the LNG Sales and Purchase
Agreement, Gas Sales and Purchase Agreement, Gas Transport Agreement, shall be preferable.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, research and drafting skills.
In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to public procurement, energy
and power, and companies law including public company corporate governance requirements.
Candidates who have experience of dealing with regulatory authorities, such as OGRA, SECP
NEPRA, DGPC, will be preferred.
Knowledge of litigation and court proceedings in Pakistan.
