6. This  immunologic  disrupted relation between the mother  and the placenta and fetus , this may  be to  the picture of chorionic endothelial damage that mimic to that appear in the rejected allograft.

Also the antiphospholipid  syndrome during pregnancy of abortion, repeated abortion, idiopathic placental insufficiency and toxaemias of pregnancy may be rings of the chain.
