Academic Associate (PRN)Education Research Assistant/Research Aide (Tempe) #12949

Research Aide needed to assist in data collection focusing on preschool children. Responsibilities will include administering developmental and oral language tests to preschoolers and collecting observational data in preschool classrooms. The pay rate for this position is $16.00 per hour. Hours vary based on assessment schedule and school calendars.

Minimum Qualifications: • Experience with early childhood or elementary aged children• Experience administering assessments• Ability to work morning hours at 10-15 hours per week

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with teacher observations & observing teaching practices for datacoding purposes.

• Must have own transportation• Friendly, personable, positive attitude and approachable

Working Environment: Ability to lift and transport 20 pounds Required to stand and/or sit for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to

perform work Travel by car to school sites
