El programa está enfocado en brindar información sobre la realidad peruana y su repercusión en la actualidad de América Latina. Las clases recibidas se complementarán realizando visitas académicas a instituciones gubernamentales, tales como la Academia Diplomática, el Congreso de la República, entre otras.

The program focuses on providing information about the Peruvian reality and its repercussions in Latin America today. The classes will be complemented by academic visits to government institutions, such as the Diplomatic Academy, the Congress of the Republic of Peru, among others.

El programa te permitirá aprender español mediante clases teóricas y prácticas, a la vez que conoces y disfrutas de la cultura peruana a través de un variado programa de actividades que involucran al estudiante a participar en espacios de la vida diaria en Perú.

The program allows you to learn Spanish by theoretical and practical classes, and at the same time to know and enjoy the Peruvian culture through di�erent activities that involves the student in participating in spaces of daily life in Peru.

ANÁLISIS INTERCULTURAL INTERCULTURAL ANALYSIS

Contenido

Este programa permite conocer y analizar los diferentes comportamientos de la conducta humana vinculados a los aspectos culturales de una población específica (aula de clases) y la repercusión que estos generan en los estilos de vida y en la educación.

Estudio de los estilos de vida y culturales.

Los estudiantes obtendrán una perspectiva más amplia de la sociedad mediante el análisis de la vida dentro de otros contextos culturales como del propio.

Los estudiantes experimentarán la vida en una cultura distinta a través de la vivencia en la ciudad de Lima.

Aprenderán sobre la Historia del Perú.

Realizarán actividades culturales (visitas a museos, parques tradicionales en Lima).

Study of lifestyles and cultures.

Students will gain a broader perspective of society through the analysis of life within other cultural contexts as well as their own.

Students will experience life in a di�erent culture by living in the city of Lima.

They will learn about Peruvian History.

This program allows participants to learn and analyze di�erent demeanors of human behavior linked to cultural aspects of a specific population (classrooms) and the repercussion that these generate in lifestyles and education.

LOGÍSTICA Y GESTIÓN EMPRESARIAL LOGISTICS AND BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

El programa está enfocado en temas de comercio y distribución de bienes en el ámbito internacional. Los participantes tendrán la posibilidad de realizar sesiones prácticas en empresas prestigiosas de la ciudad de Lima.

The program focuses on the international trade and distribution of goods. Participants will have the possibility to hold practica/ sessions in prestigious companies in the city of Lima.

INCUBACIÓN DE NEGOCIOS PARA NUEVOS EMPRESARIOS BUSINESS INCUBATION FOR NEW ENTREPRENEURS

El programa está orientado en proporcionar al participante las competencias, herramientas y procesos para la creación de una empresa, aumentando así las probabilidades de éxito. El estudiante tendrá la posibilidad de analizar, a través de su realidad y recursos propios, los riesgos, la oferta y demanda a la cual se enfrentarán en un mercado real.

The program is oriented to provide the participant with the skills, tools and processes to start a business, thus increasing the chances of success. Students will have the possibility to analyze through their reality and resources, the risks, supply and demand that they will face in a real market.

TOUR GASTRONÓMICO PERUVIAN CULINARY TOUR

El programa está enfocado en la ensefianza de la gastronomia peruana mediante clases teóricas y prácticas. Los participantes tendrán la posibilidad de elaborar platos típicos peruanos y aprender temas relacionados a la industria gastronómica a través de visitas a mercados locales y a la feria de gastronomía más grande de Sudamérica: "Mistura"* (http://mistura.pe).

The program focuses on teaching about Peruvian Gastronomy through theoretical and practical classes. Participants will have the possibility to prepare typical Peruvian dishes and learn topics related to the gastronomy industry through visits to local markets and "Mistura", the largest gastronomy fair in South America* (http.//mistura.pe).

COCINA PERUANA INTERCULTURAL ANALYSIS

Contenido

El programa está enfocado en la enseñanza de la gastronomía peruana, la cual ha sido declarada por la OEA como Patrimonio Cultural de las Américas. Los participantes podrán elegir entre una o varias opciones:

Cocina Peruana Mediante clases prácticas aprenderá la elaboración de diferentes platos típicos peruanos y a conocer los principales ingredientes que esta requiere. Además se realizaran visitas a algunos de los mejores restaurantes y lugares turísticos de la ciudad de Lima.

Pastelería Peruana Mediante clases prácticas aprenderá la elaboración de sabrosos y tradicionales postres peruanos, postres de vitrina, chocolatería y postres al plato entre otros. Los participantes podrán conocer algunos ingredientes exóticos, únicos y oriundos del Perú. Además, se realizarán visitas a algunos de los mejores restaurantes y a mercados tradicionales de Lima

Panes con Granos y MaridajeAndinos y Maridaje Mediante clases prácticas aprenderá la elaboración de saludables y nutritivos panes peruanos, en los cuales hará uso de oriundos y ancestrales granos andinos, todo ello acompañado por lecciones de maridaje.

Peruvian Cuisine Participants will learn the preparation of di�erent typical Peruvian dishes and will get to know the main ingredients that they require, through practica/ classes. In addition, there will be visits to some of the best restaurants and tourist places in the city of Lima.

Peruvian Pastry Participants will leam to prepare tasty and traditional Peruvian desserts, shelf displayed desserts, chocolatiers and plated desserts, among others through practica/ classes. Participants will get to know some exotic, unique and native Peruvian ingredients. In addition, they will have visits to some of the best restaurants and traditional markets in the city of Lima.

Breads with Andean Grains and Wine PairingParticipants will leam to prepare healthy and nutritious Peruvian breads, using native and ancestral Andean grains, all accompanied by wine pairing lessons, through practica/ classes.

The program focuses on teaching about Peruvian gastronomy, which has been declared by the Organization for American States as Cultural Heritage of the Americas. Participants may choose between one or severa/ options:

Durante el desarrollo del programa, los participantes aprenden y/o perfeccionan las técnicas necesarias para la preparación de finos y exquisitos postres. Asimismo, aprenden diversas técnicas de chocolatería y pastelería salada.

During this program, participants will learn and/or improve the necessary techniques for the preparation of fine and exquisite desserts. They will also leam various techniques of chocolate and salty pastries.

ENERGÍA RENOVABLE Y GESTIÓN DE RECURSOS HÍDRICOS RENEWABLE ENERGY AND WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Contenido

El programa se desarrolla en su totalidad en la ciudad de Cusco, se enfoca en desarrollar temas relacionados a la gestión de los recursos hídricos e iniciativas sostenibles a nivel local y gubernamental de esta ciudad los cuales serán desarrollados en las instalaciones del Centro de Extensión USIL. Los estudiantes podrán apreciar las antiguas tecnologías de administración de los recursos hídricos usados por la civilización inca.

The program takes place in the city of Cusco. lt focuses on developing issues related to water resources management and sustainable initiatives at local and governmental levels in this city, which will be developed at the facilities of the Extension Center USIL. Students will be able to appreciate the ancient technologies of water resources management used by the Inca civilizations.

Clases teóricas: Importancia de la conservación de los recursos hídricos.

Clases prácticas: Se realiza en las empresas hidroeléctricas de la zona y visitarán los antiguos canales de regadíos que usaba la antigua civilización Inca.

Theoretical classes: importance of the conservation of water resources.

Practica/ classes: Take place at hydroelectric companies in the crea. Participants will visit the oid irrigation canais used by the ancient inca civilizations.

HISTORIA DE LA CIVILIZACIÓN INCA INCA CIVILIZATION HISTORY

El programa le permitirá al participante conocer a profundidad la cultura del Imperio Incaico, así como la presencia de los incas en el Cusco y el origen de su historia, transportándose al pasado, visitando la ciudad de Cusco declarada como patrimonio de la humanidad por la UNESCO.

The program will allow participants to deeply get to know the Inca Empire culture. Participants will also learn about the presence of the Incas in Cusco and the origin of their history by transporting them finto the past while visiting the city of Cusco - declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
