Based in Dubai, we have a steel fabrication facility equipped with the latest machinery and a spacious office complex.

Importance of SteelSteel was known in antiquity, and may have been produced by managing bloomeries, or iron-smelting facilities, in which the bloom contained carbon.The earliest known production of steel is a piece of ironware excavated from an archaeological site in Anatolia (Kaman-Kalehoyuk) and is about 4,000 years old. Other ancient steel comes from East Africa, dating back to 1400 BC. In the 4th century BC, steel weapons like the Falcata were produced in the Iberian Peninsula, while Noric steel was used by the Roman military. Steel was produced in large quantities in Sparta around 650BC. The Chinese of the Warring States (403–221 BC) had quench-hardened steel, while Chinese of the Han Dynasty (202 BC – 220 AD) created steel by melting together wrought iron with cast iron, gaining an ultimate product of carbon-intermediate steel by the 1st century AD. The Haya people of East Africa invented a type of furnace they used to make carbon steel at 1,802 °C (3,276 °F) there have been major steelmaking centers in the UK (Sheffield), the USA (Pittsburgh) and Japan (Kobe), but this has since shifted to emerging and developing countries, like China, India and Brazil. Today, China makes over 45% of the world’s steel.

Facts & Figures The industry directly employs more than two million people worldwide, with a further two million contractors and four million people in supporting industries. World crude steel production has increased from 851 mega tonnes (Mt) in 2001 to 1,548 Mt for the year 2012. (It was 28.3 Mt in 1900). World average steel use per capita has steadily increased from 150 kg in 2001 to 215 kg in 2011. Steel is the main material used in delivering renewable energy– solar, tidal and wind. All steel created as long as 150 years can be recycled today and used in new products and applications. The amount of energy required to produce a tonne of steel has been reduced by 50% in the last 30 years. Nowadays, 97% of steel by-products can be reused. Almost 200 billion cans of food are produced each year. Steel cans mean saving energy as refrigeration is not needed. Cans mean tamper-free and safe food, nutritional value and beneficial environmental impact from recycling. Skyscrapers are made possible by steel. The housing and construction sector is the largest consumer of steel today, using around 50% of world steel production. Approximately 25% of an average computer is made of steel. Over 320 million PCs were sold in 2010. Steel looks after our health. Steel surfaces are hygienic and easy to clean. Surgical and safety equipment and commercial kitchens are all made with steel.

DeliveryInspected finished product is then shipped.

Assembling/PaintingAfter the weldment has cooled it is generally sand blasted, primed and painted. Any additional manufacturing specified by the customer is then completed.
