AC Hydraulic A/S is a family owned limited company situated in Viborg, Den-mark. It was established in 1958 by master smith Anker Christensen (AC) andhis 5 employees.

Shortly after launching his handicraft and repair shop business Anker Chris-tensen was inspired to develop a high quality lorry and workshop crane.

This development lay the foundations for mass produc-tion and the AC Crane soon became known for its highquality.Development of a wide range of lifting equipmentquickly took place and with the extended product pro-gramme the company was ready for exporting.

Today 130 employees work with development, manufac-turing and marketing of hydraulic workshop equipment,material handling equipment and made-to-measurecylinders.We are an international company and exportmore than 80% of production. AC Hydraulic A/S is stillwholly owned and managed by Søren and Claus AnkerChristensen, the 3rd generation of the Anker Christensenfamily.

In order to constantly be abreast of developments our product developersare always seeking to improve the current product programme as well as de-veloping new products able to meet the needs and demands of the market. Inaddition we continously invest in new machinery and production methods.

To ensure a consistent high quality each product is tested before shipment.That and many other facts are stated in AC Hydraulic’s quality managementsystem that will be ISO 9001 certified in 2003.
