1 Caution：


Wear the glove and eye protection glass to protect the skin and eyes from

refrigerant. Don’t use this device near the fire and spark. Don’t expose this device

into sunshine and rain. Avoid to contact with corrosive liquid and gas. Keep good

ventilation.

Follow strictly the operation instruction on the machine.

5. Basic Operation:

Step 1. : For new machine, turn it onand choose “REFILL” menu to

refill 3~5kgs of R134a gas into the machine storage cylinder.

Use ”to choose “Refill” and press to enter


Use or to set the weight you want to refill, then


Press to start “Refill”.

1) Connect the blue hose to machine “LP

CONNECTOR” and the external tank.

2) Open the valve on the external tank and put

it upside down to speed up the refilling.


Here will show the refilling result. Press to exit to main menu.

Here is another case. When atuall refilling amount = setting amount,

but Low-side pressure is more than 0.5KG/CM, it will indicate:

(If you don’t close the valve and press O.K , it will recover all gas from

external

Tank.)

Step 2: Connect the machine with automobile, select “Flush”

Press , you will see below message:


Press , Please operate according to message:

Here shows the way we connect the red & blue hoses.

1) Connect LP hose to LP side of

AC system, and HP Hose to

HP side of AC system

2) Open the quick adaptors


press and jump to below message

Press to go ahead. (press will exit to main menu)

Press to go ahead.

Use to set the flushing cycles, press to start. 1 time=10


min.

Press O.K. The whole flushing process includes 4 steps:

“Forward Flushing”+“Reverse Flushing”+ recovering gas + draining

oil

All above steps will be executed automatically, unless you press

“pause”


We can exit now. The flushing process has been completed.


6. Maintenance

6.1 When the storage cylinder is full

Please choose “Tank Cleanup” to release out some of the refrigerant. You can use

a new external tank to store it. Please use the low side hose to charge out to the

external tank.

It will complete the cleanup process if you don’t “Pause”

Press to exit.

6.2 When the filter driers’ life-time is running out

When you see following message, please change a new filter.


Step 1: Please replace them with new ones.

Step 2: After replacement, reset the lifetime.

Pay attention to the direction of the

filter drier


6.3 When you want to do calibration.

Firstly, prepare a weight being exactly at 7KG.


Secondly, close the valves on the cylinder, and then remove the hoses and take the

cylinder out of the scale tray..

Thirdly, press “ENTER” and then there will be instructions for step-by-step

operation.

Press at the same time


Press O.K.

Follow the message to put 7KG weight and press O.K

Press O.K.


Press to exit


6.4 When the inspection mirror is dirty

Please replace with a new one.

6.5 When the refrigerant is dirty

Use a spanner and move anti-close wise

to take off the old one.

Fix a new one


You can observe the refrigerant status through the inspection mirror. When you find

it dirty, please store it to a new external tank.

We don’t suggest you to release it directly to the air, but if it happens that you don’t

have a new external empty tank, please find the following steps.

Step 1: Take the storage cylinder out of the machine, use something to

protect the top adapter

Step 2: Put it upside down and shake it. Dirty refrigerant and particles will flow

out.

Step 3: Blow in some air into the cylinder and then repeat the process in step

2. Then the cylinder will be clean up thoroughly.

6.6 When “HIGH TANK PRESSURE” happens

Use something to protect this side

Open the low-side valve


The machine will protect itself from high pressure when it is close to 23KG/CM2,

and LCD will display above message.

Please stop for 5~10 minutes and let the pressure going down and then go ahead.

Don’t exit the process, otherwise the flushing and recovery process cannot be

completed and no dirty oil will be drained.

If the tank is full and this high pressure warning keeps jumping out, please charge

out some of the refrigerant.
